Sales & Marketing Support

Requirement


  • Male | Female max. 29 years old
  • Education background min. Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in admin / marketing / sales role
  • Discipline, responsible and have a strong desire to deliver sales targets and motivation to work in achieving targets
  • Confident, energetic, fast learner and willing to work in a start-up company
  • Able to maintain a good relationship with customers and handle complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Able to do an administrative task and make sales reports (familiar in using Microsoft Words, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Have a good communication skills both written and oral in Indonesian & English. (Can speak Japanese is a plus point)
  • Have a private vehicle (an advantage)

Responsibilities


  • Assisting the sales/marketing team in making presentations, sales orders, quotations and promotional materials.
  • Handle administrative task to supporting the sales department.
  • Arranging meeting schedules with potential clients.
  • Follow up customer inquiries / requests that enter via the website, email and other platforms used by the company
  • Send emails and follow up with potential customers and clients.
  • Support and coordination of marketing activities to help achieve sales goals.
  • Manage office administrative activities.
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge.
  • Generate progress reports for senior leaders within the organization
